Stemlite Table Lamp H 70cm
The Stemlite Table Lamp H 42cm has been created by Bill Curry for the brand Gubi. American designer Curry first introduced Stemlite in 1962. Breaking with traditional base and shade designs, it's one-piece look swiftly became a contemporary lighting masterpiece.
The Stemlite Table Lamp H 42cm makes a bold statement with its oval-shaped diffuser. Made from frosted glass, the diffuser measures 32cm in diameter and 17cm tall, and it sits upon on a 42cm long stem which has been formed from die cast steel. In turn, the stem connects to a rounded steel base measuring 18cm in diameter, with fluted elements at both ends to allow the design to flow beautifully. As a result, the Stemlite lamp feels like a single unit with base and shade joined together - just as Curry intended.
The Stemlite Table Lamp H 42cm comes with a 220cm long grey fabric cord while a rotary switch on the base makes it easy to a switch the lamp on and off. Illumination is provided by a bulb, and bulbs of energy classes A++ to E can be used if needed. Bulbs are not supplies with the lamp, but the appropriate bulb with the E27 socket can be ordered under accessories if required.
