Castore Sospensione Suspension Lamp
The Castore Sospensione Suspension Lamp has been created by Huub Ubbens and Michele de Lucchi for the brand Artemide. It has a timeless design that will never go out of fashion. It also has a refined and minimalistic style that blends in with any interior design theme.
The Castore Sospensione Suspension Lamp has a sphere-shaped diffuser made of hand-blown opaque white glass. The top of it has a support made of steel. The colour of the metal contrasts strikingly with the white glass. This has another element on top of it with is a tapered sleeve made of white translucent polycarbonate. It plays a part in diffusing the light from the lamp but it is removable. Straight and curved suspension cables go into a polycarbonate canopy and secure it to the ceiling.
The Castore Sospensione Suspension Lamp is available in different sizes that have different suspension heights. The smallest lamp has a diameter of 14cm that has a suspension height of 200cm. The two mid-sized ones have diameters of 25cm and 35cm and suspension heights of 220cm and 230cm respectively. The largest one has a diameter of 42cm and a suspension height of 249cm. The lamp's height can be adjusted. It requires an E27 socket.
